  • Project Overview: This project was a 236-lot subdivision located on the corner of Cactus Road and 145th Avenue. Marley Park Parcels 17 and 18 was a turnkey project. DCS was contracted to complete all aspects of construction from start to finish. Major scope items included more than 22,000 LF of sewer, water, irrigation, and storm drainpipe ranging in sizes from 6” to 30”, along with 33,362 SY of asphalt paving, theme walls, dry utilities, and concrete.
