Cooper & Elliot Intersection Improvements

This intersection project increased the capacity at Cooper Road & Elliot Road by adding a third lane for north and south bound travel and a dedicated right turn lane for east bound travel. The scope of work also included new curb gutter, pavement sidewalk, drainage facilities, widening of south side of Elliot Road, SRP irrigation, and utility adjustments. Traffic signal improvements and utility relocations were also included.
