Radiance at Superstition Vistas

This multi-phased CMAR project consisted of 4 miles of roadway and utility infrastructure improvements for the Superstition Vistas master-planned community. Major scopes of work included 24’/21” PVC sewer main, 16” DIP water main, 23,000 TN of asphalt paving, curb, sidewalk, landscape and 4 miles of 12 or 15 rack duct bank SRP power infrastructure, gas, communications, and ITS. This project had multiple engineers, utility agencies, and contractors involved. DCS played a key role in coordinating design between phases with engineer team. Construction coordination was key with onsite and offsite contractors to ensure all project milestones were achieved.
