Roadway Improvements

DCS performs both new construction and re-construction roadway improvement projects including widening, new roadways, and intersection improvements. The scopes of work on these projects include all aspects of heavy civil construction including grading, paving, utilities, street lights, traffic signals, landscaping, box culverts, signage, and striping. DCS has completed over 50 miles of roadway improvement projects in the last 10 years utilizing the Construction Manager at Risk, Design-Bid-Build, and Job Order Contract delivery methods.
