DCS BEGINS CONSTRUCTION ON AVONDALE BLVD. FOR CITY OF AVONDALE
MAY 2023 - DCS has started on the street widening of Avondale Blvd. from McDowell Rd. to Encanto Blvd. in Avondale, AZ. This Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project also includes the relocation of water and irrigation piping at Palm Lane, relocating power overhead lines, and undergrounding an open irrigation ditch. When completed, this portion of Avondale Blvd. will have 2 northbound lanes and 2 southbound lanes and a center turn lane to provide better traffic flow in this busy area of the City.
Construction is anticipated to be completed by the end of summer 2023.
